Soccer Stretching and Flexibility
As I've watched the strength and conditioning industry and the types of exercises they prescribe evolve over the last number of years, I've seen improvements and new stretches introduced.
Some of the stretches were not used when I was younger. I think it is the responsibility of coaches to stay up to speed on these advancements and prescribe them to their athletes. No longer are the days of just static stretching.
This section will focus on stretching. You will learn about these new stretching enhancements and you will learn how to apply them to your team.
